As promised, the first official trailer for Spider-Man Homecoming debuted on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night. The trailer had quite a bit packed into in, including cameos from Tony Stark / Iron Man, and a quick, awesome glance at The Vulture. From the trailer, we can see that Spidey retains his trademark witty banter. We also see Tom Holland’s Peter Parker dealing with the insecurities a typical high schooler goes through. It’s shaping up to be the kind of Spider-Man film people have been looking for.
Oh, and nice callback to Spider-Man 2’s subway rescue with the cruise ship. That looked pretty epic.
UPDATE: There’s also an international trailer that shows off a little more of Keaton / Vulture and also teases Bokeem Woodbine’s Herman Schiltz / Shocker. Hey, more Spider-Man can never be bad!
