Ubisoft Extreme Sports Game Steep Launches December

Steep, Ubisoft’s open-world extreme sports game, will launch on December 2nd. The announcement was made during Gamescom.

In addition to the game’s release date, Ubisoft has revealed the Steep Gold Edition. This edition includes the game and its Season Pass, which includes new outfits and equipment, an exclusive costume, and “major expansions.”

Anyone who pre-orders the the regular or Gold edition will get the Moonlight Pack. The pack will come with three extra night challenges and three new night outfits. It will also include glowing equipment for each activity and a wingsuit rocket flare.

Steep was announced at this year’s E3. The game setting is the Alps, and the game lets players try a number of action sports. The list of activities includes paragliding, skiing, snowboarding, and wingsuiting. Players can switch between them as they make their way down a slope. The game includes solo, co-op, and competitive play with skills challenges.

Steep releases for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Ubisoft also announced a beta for the game, and you can register for it here.
