I am naturally a cynic. Whenever I see a trailer, the cynicism pops up and tries to dampen any excitement. The movie won’t be as good. That’s probably the best part. You will end up disappointed. Don’t forget how “great” X-Men: Apocalypse was!

For this trailer, my cynical side can officially go suck some wasabi root!

This is the latest trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The cynic in me wants to bitch about something…but it’s too busy looking at all the pew-pew and swooning. Everything about the Star Wars universe that I love is on display. There’s X-Wings, Darth Vader, space combat, AT-ATs, Imperial Star Destroyers, the Death Star, AT-ATs, the Force, and AT-ATs. Spoiler alert: I love AT-ATs.

Oh, and Donnie Yen. It’s scientifically proven that scenes are 35% more awesome if Donnie Yen is in it.

This movie arrives in theaters December 16th.
