New Shanghai movie also in the works.
Good day my fellow moviegoers. I hope you all are having a great day!
Today, I finally got off my cloud after seeing Living Legend Jackie Chan at the Y-100 Radio Station’s premiere of The Foreigner. It was an amazing event, including a DJ and posters of the movie autographed by Jackie Chan. The man himself also made a live appearance, thanking the crowd for their support, talking up The Foreigner, and taking questions.
(Special thanks to Michelle for hooking us up as always. You’re awesome, young miss!)
As always, Uncle Willy and I went to the event. (If you saw my posts from the theater on my Instagram, that’s his bald head. He wasn’t happy about it; I don’t care.) We weren’t alone. Our great Friend Karen (IG: @kv0513) was with us, and we got a special guest appearance by the Miami B-Boy Breakdance academy (Web: https://www.miamibboyacademy.com/ FB: https://www.facebook.com/MiamiBboyAcademy/). These guys brought the HYPE to the premiere! We had the privilege and honor of seeing these guys break it down! They danced while the Y-100 team gave prizes for the movie.
Uncle Willy became salty when the five autographed posters were raffled off. He was salty because I won. Karen and I took a photo with the poster unfurled; the salt almost literally flew from Uncle Willy’s eyes. It was beautiful.
Finally, the man himself came, greeted everyone, and talked about The Foreigner. During his talk, he brought up and confirmed that Rush Hour 4 will be made. He also said that a new entry in the Shanghai movie franchise. Please click on the video below to see him talk about the movie and stunt work.
If you’re interested in being a stuntman for Jackie, he explains what he looks for in the video below. Once he finished talking, he left, but not without pausing for a few selfies.
If you wish, Uncle Willy posted his movie review of The Foreigner. In order to keep up with events we attend, follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. Also, stay tuned on this site. We’re always new updates on games, movies, other events, and giveaways! Until then guys, I hope to see you in the movies!
