Gears of War 4 is almost here, and I’m sure many who want the game have already pre-ordered. For those who haven’t, Microsoft is trying to sway you with one last pitch.
From now until October 6th at 11:59PM, anyone who pre-orders a digital copy of the game from the Xbox Store and uses PayPal will receive a $10 credit for the store. This would be good for people who were planning to buy the game digitally. One the pre-order is made, Microsoft will send you the code for the credit with 30 days after purchase.
The October 6th deadline is significant. Although the game releases on October 11th, the $100 Ultimate Edition drops four days earlier. The Ultimate Edition is covered by Microsoft’s deal.
