Watch 40 Minutes of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Gameplay on Wii U

I realize that we’ve been remiss in covering Zelda: Breath of the Wild news and videos. To make up for it, how about I post 40 minutes of the upcoming Wii U and Switch title?

Game Center DX, a popular Japanese variety show, put the Wii U version of the game through its paces for a good 40 minutes. The gentlemen seem to be having a great time, though I wish I knew Japanese to follow their banter. Regardless, the gameplay footage is gorgeous.

Although Breath of the Wild has been confirmed as a launch title for the new Switch console, Nintendo obviously has not released it into the wild for gameplay capture. It would’ve been nice tho…

Breath of the Wild will make its debut sometime next year.
