CD Projekt Red will be releasing the expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on May 31st, but decided to roll out a large update for the base game one day earlier. The update, version 1.2, is available for all versions of the game.
The 1.2 patch addresses a series of bugs, such as water puddle texture glitches on the PS4 and Geralt’s naughty tendency to not get dressed after a sex scene. However, the update adds new features, including an upscaling option for enemies and a system meant to help the player collect Gwent cards easier.
The expansion, Blood and Wine, will be the last add-on for Witcher 3. It is a substantial expansion, offering over 90 new quests and clocking an additional 30 hours or so of gameplay.
